Looking For a Community Garden Near You?

If you really want to garden that year but just don’t have the space or the knowledge, a community garden might be just the thing you need to get started. But how do you find one?

The American Community Gardening organization has a nice little search tool to find a community garden near you. I was completely surprised to find several gardens somewhat close to me, though none of them were actually in the city I live in.

The site plus has a lot of good ideas for starting your own community garden whether

one does not exist where you live. I love the little garden that is set up in my yard at home, but I can imagine being a part of a community garden could be very inspiring and plus a great place to learn a lot about gardening in your local area.
